We can take you through the whole Design to Build process as a technology integrator, we implement 5 Phases through the course of a project from concept to completion. Careful thought and attention is given during each step to ensure you receive a solution tailored to your needs and delivers the benefits you desire. We are committed to making the entire experience from start to finish as effective and efficient as possible.
We are responsible for all phases of the AV and integrated technology work including the needs assessment, system design, engineering, installation, commissioning, training and service. If you're looking for a RTI, Sony, Epson, Sonos, Lutron, URC dealer in the Delaware area, we're there to handle every aspect of the project from whole home audio and custom home theaters, to smart boardrooms and networking at your office.
The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to our client's needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance the desires of the client with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence. While planning ahead is always a good idea, this process often takes place onsite.
Now that pertinent information has been gathered, our pros will develop an initial design and estimate in accordance to these plans. Including any basic drawings needed that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. We will send the client this initial estimate and information for review, we will then work to refine the design and get a final approval and deposit.
After the client has signed-off on the system design and project price, our engineering team will plan and produce detailed documents and drawings for the installation of the smart home or commercial solution as needed for local permits or other trades we need to coordinate with.
Once engineering and builder coordination is complete, we are ready to start. If applicable, we will complete Pre-wiring of the structure which includes conduit, wiring & enclosures. Once walls are complete we will Set & Finish, which includes terminating, testing, and wall plating all wires. Also installing some primary equipment. Finally, if applicable, we install major components such as TV's, remotes, audio, at time of move in.
Once we have completed a project and given the client all necessary instructions and documentation. We cover all work under our workmanship guarantee, we will take care of any adjustments or mistakes on our part for a limited period of time. Clients can also rest assured that any equipment provided includes the full manufacturers warranty. Of course our support via phone or chat is always available, but extra support can be purchased ala carte or via a plan.
